Welcome to the Capitol Crimes Book Club! We are a group of avid mystery readers who gather every other month to talk about books. 

The best part of our club, besides our awesome and friendly members, is the fact that every meeting we are joined by the actual author who wrote the book we have just read! The author's presence brings a fantastic extra dimension to the book club experience allowing readers to explore the hidden layers between the pages.

All members of Capitol Crimes and Sisters in Crime (and friends) are welcome to attend. There is no cost to participate. For specific dates, times, and locations, please see the schedule below. 

Attendees may register for meetings they wish to attend by clicking on the link below.

Authors interested in submitting their book to be read by the club, may complete the application form at the end of this page.

Any Capitol Crimes authors (who are members in good standing) may apply for the opportunity to have the Book Club read their book by completing the fields below. To be accepted, a book must be able to be obtained on a timely basis so readers have the time to finish the book before the meeting. Selections will be made by the members of the Book Club.

Any full length book, whether traditionally published or self-published, may be considered. Authors must be available to attend the entire one hour meeting during which their book will be discussed.
