Capitol Crimes - Potluck Party & Book Read

  • Antelope Library - 4235 Antelope Rd, Antelope, CA 95843

Our End-of-Term Luncheon is just over a month away. We're doing something different this year. To bring readers and writers together, we are having a Potluck Party & Book Read.

Writers -- you're invited to read three pages from a work-in-progress or from a book you've published. This is an opportunity to introduce your work, characters or series to a new reading audience.

Readers -- you are invited to tell us about the book you are currently reading. Tells why you like or dislike the book. This is an opportunity to discuss books and storylines with other readers, and help writers understand what you want in a story.

RSVP here and let us know whether you are bringing an entree, dessert, hor d'oeuvres or drinks.

Writers, let us know if you'd like to read three (3) pages of your story. Readers, let us know if you'd like to discuss a story you're currently reading.
